For the second Camp Loopy 2012 project, we had to knit 800 yards in one of the colors from our nation’s flag. After knitting a sweater in a month for Camp Loopy 2011, I knew I could take on the challenge again. This time I chose the pattern Goodale and used the new yarn Malabrigo Arroyo in the Jupiter colorway (a loose interpretation of red). I loved knitting this simple sweater and the yarn is heavenly.

Aren’t the pockets fun? Looking forward to wearing the sweater this fall. Now it is time to start working on my final Camp Loopy project for the summer!
