Hoping You’re on the Mend Cards

This month I decided to create cards based on a new paper line from Stampin’ Up and an older stamp set from Papertrey Ink.  The paper has little stitches on it in some great fall colors.  I used the spool stamp for the front of the card, stamping in Versamark and then dusting Perfect Pearls on top in a warm copper color.  The brown half circle was actually a large sticker cut in half, a product I have had for years and I finally found a good use.  The inside phrase says, “Hoping you’re on the mend.”  Some colored staples, twine, and a border punch rounded out the card design.

After that fun card design, it is time for Christmas around here!  The Christmas cards are done, Christmas gifts are being finalized, and its almost time for the annual cookie exchange.  Hope you are enjoying the end of November!
