Second Quarter Stash Report

Wow, we are already halfway through 2013 fellow crafters!  What a fast six months it has been.  One of my resolutions this year was to keep track of three stashes – fabric, yarn, and fiber. I blogged about my first quarter stash report here.  The second quarter has been slower than the first, mainly because of the time I have spent finishing my dissertation, getting ready for a new job, buying a house, getting engaged, and starting to plan our wedding!  Whew, it’s been a busy quarter.

Fabric Update:

Used Year to Date: 1 yard (upcoming post about this mini-project!)
Added Year to Date: 0.6 yard
Destashed Year to Date:  0.4 yard

Yarn Update:

Knit Year to Date:  3,642 yards

Traded/Sold/Gave Away Year to Date:  1,638 yards

Purchased Year to Date: 2,237 yards (went to a fiber festival this quarter!)

Acquired for Free to Date:  200 yards

Net Destashed for 2013:  2,843  yards

Fiber Update:

Ounces Spun Year to Date:  104.3 ounces

Purchased Year to Date:  76 ounces (bought an entire fleece through a local breeder and had it processed)

Yards Spun Year to Date:  4,360 yards

Net Destashed for 2013:  28.3 ounces (1.76 pounds)

Hoping to get more done in the third quarter, but we will see how the upcoming move affects those plans.  Most of the stash is packed away at this point!
